Nexu collaborated with one of the UK’s largest optical retailers, to develop a highly customized closed-loop gift voucher solution that allowed the company to be the first dedicated optical retailer to launch gift vouchers to the UK market.

In this particular case, our customers’ eVouchers can be purchased online or in store and are available in a wide range of denominations, all on one convenient gift card. eVouchers can be used to pay for eye tests, accessories as well as glasses, designer eyewear, lenses and coatings from any of the nearly one thousand stores across the UK.

The gift eVouchers have been developed with flexibility in mind: They can be purchased in-store or online, and users have the freedom to partially use an eVoucher’s amount in several transactions. Additionally, eVouchers can be redeemed towards eyewear products and services from any of our customer’s store.
